The Rebenet CG-36 Commercial manual gas griddle features three cast iron H-shape burners providing 90,000 BTU/hr of even heat across the entire 3/4" thick stainless steel cooking surface. The burners are independently controlled, each controls every 12" cooking zone. It comes with a grease collection tray designed to capture oil and fat.
