The RCM-24 gas salamander is a countertop stainless steel salamander restaurant equipment powered by 20,000 Btu. It features infrared burner which gives even heat distribution. This unit can be heated up instantly, no need to pre-heat. It has a removable grease tray to capture any mess. It also can be used as a cheesemelter.
