The GF150 gas floor fryer features a heavy-duty stainless steel tank with 70-100 lb. oil capacity and two nickel chrome wire mesh fry baskets. With five 30,000 Btu/hr tube cast iron burners, the fryer can fry up foods quickly and efficiently, which makes it a great choice for busy kitchens. It has a thermostat with a range of 93°C/200°F to 204°C/400°F to regulate the temperature. If the fryer begins to overheat, a 232°C/450°F high-limiter will turn off the fryer to guarantee safety.
